The site, contoured in nature, is situated at main Mussoorie road, Dehradun. This road densely populated with ongoing traffic, includes a high percentile of enthusiasts who appreciate nature as it is and this provides us with an opportunity to create a space that pioneers the construction style in the locality and be the first of its kind in Dehradun and Mussoorie.

The site with so many natural features like boulders, Trek path, Beautiful vistas, trees and plants; already has got so much potential in it and we needed to tame it to achieve the best possible outcomes. In order to achieve the desired outcomes, the site needs to be Adaptive, Active, Adventurous, Attractive and ambient above all.

The following map helps us in understanding the connection of activities and its sub activities with the type of character of those activities.(For eg. the character of the activities- “eatary” and “Sporting” is “ACTIVE” while the character of the activities- “Sporting” and “Eco-Park” is “ADVENTURE”.)
